Refurbished Copiers for Businesses in the Las Vegas Area

When you buy a copier from us, it arrives the way office equipment should. We drive it to Las Vegas ourselves, a certified Ricoh technician installs it and sets it up on your office network, and your staff know how to run it before we leave.

Most sellers ship these machines by freight and leave the setup to the buyer. We take a different view: the install is what determines whether you're happy with the copier a year from now, so we handle it in person.

We Set It Up in Your Office Before You Pay

The copier is delivered, installed and running in your office before any money changes hands. If you decide it isn't the machine for you, we take it away at no charge.

  1. You call and tell us what you need — volume, paper sizes, finishing
  2. We tell you what's in stock, the actual meter count, and the price
  3. We deliver it to your Las Vegas office ourselves
  4. A certified Ricoh technician installs it and configures it on your network
  5. We show you how it runs, and train your staff on using and maintaining it
  6. You run your own jobs on it, with us standing there — image quality, scanning, the finisher, whatever matters to you
  7. Then you pay, by check

In 40 years, we have never had to take a copier back.

You see the actual copier, running your actual work, in your actual office — and then you decide.

Why We Have Never Had to Take One Back

Because we are selective about what we sell in the first place. Plenty of used copiers come across our floor and only some make it into inventory. Before a machine is offered for sale, we:

  • Pull its service history off the machine itself. A Ricoh stores far more than a page count — total counter, jam history by location, SC code history, preventive-maintenance counters, and a record of which parts have already been replaced. That log shows exactly how the machine has been treated.
  • Look for patterns. One old jam code is nothing; every working copier collects a few. What's informative is repetition, because that points at a specific assembly rather than a one-off event. Machines with a clean log are the ones we buy.
  • Check that wear matches the meter. Rollers, drums, developer and fusing units should show wear consistent with the counter. When the physical evidence and the numbers agree, you know the machine is what it appears to be.
  • Update the firmware before it goes out. This matters more than most people realize.

On that last point: Ricoh releases firmware that improves scan-to-email behavior, network stability, panel responsiveness and compatibility with current print drivers and operating systems. Bringing every machine up to date before it ships means it arrives working smoothly with the network and workstations you already have.

That is the whole reason we can set a copier up in your office and let you decide afterwards. We aren't hoping it works. We already know it does.

Setting Up a Commercial Copier Is Not a Delivery Job

This is the part people underestimate. A modern multifunction copier is not plug-and-play. Getting one genuinely working in a real office means:

  • Putting it on your network with the right addressing, and making sure it stays reachable
  • Configuring scan-to-email through your mail server, or scan-to-folder with the right permissions
  • Getting the correct drivers onto the workstations that need to print to it
  • Setting up the address book, user codes and any department accounting
  • Calibrating the finisher, and checking image density, registration and color balance on the paper you actually run

Delivery gets the machine into the building. Doing the rest properly is a technician's job, and it's the difference between a copier that's fully working on day one and one that takes weeks to settle in.

Customers tell us the same thing again and again: they like dealing with someone who knows copiers. That's the whole reason we do it this way.

We Teach You How to Maintain It

An office that knows how to look after its copier gets years more out of it, so before we leave we show whoever runs the machine day to day how to:

  • Clear jams properly without disturbing the transport or fusing assembly
  • Replace toner and waste toner containers
  • Keep the scanner glass, ADF rollers and charge unit clean — the single biggest factor in consistently clean copies
  • Read what the panel is telling you when an SC code appears
  • Know which things are a two-minute fix and which are worth a technician's time

That knowledge is worth having in any office, and it means you're never waiting on someone else for the simple things.

Who Actually Shows Up

Henry — one of our senior Ricoh technicians, 40 years on these machines.

Henry has been selling and servicing Ricoh copiers for 40 years — four decades of opening these machines up, replacing fusers and drum units, and diagnosing SC codes on the panel.

You don't have to take our word for it. The Ricoh SC error code library on this site — SC101 through SC998, cross-referenced against Ricoh's own service manuals — is ours. Copier technicians around the country use it to diagnose machines every day. It exists because the people behind this company have spent their careers fixing copiers, and it's also what makes reading a machine's fault history useful rather than decorative.

Why Choose a Refurbished Copier for Your Las Vegas Business?

For many growing businesses in the Las Vegas area, a low-meter refurbished copier is the best value on the table — reliability and modern functionality at a fraction of new-equipment cost.

  • Substantial cost savings compared with new equipment
  • Selected, history-checked and firmware-updated before it leaves our warehouse, then proven in your office before you pay
  • Real meter counts published — "low meter" means what it says, and we tell you the number
  • Environmentally responsible — extends the life of a well-built machine
  • Same productivity as new — copy, print, scan and fax to original manufacturer specifications

Copier Options for Las Vegas Businesses

We're a Ricoh house first — we've been selling Ricoh, Xerox and Lanier since 1991, and most of what's on the floor at any time is low-meter Ricoh. We also source Canon, Kyocera, Sharp and Konica Minolta machines. Because Savin, Gestetner and Lanier are rebadged Ricoh engines, parts and service on those are effectively the same as Ricoh.

  • Color copiers and printers — for marketing agencies, real estate offices, and schools
  • Black & white (monochrome) copiers — for law firms, accountants, and administrative offices
  • Multifunction printers (MFPs) — combining scanning, faxing, and copying in one unit

Common Questions from Las Vegas Businesses

What if the copier isn't right for my office?
We take it back and there is no charge. In four decades we have never actually had to, because we work out what your office needs before we load anything on the truck. The offer stands regardless, and it's why you can have us come out without committing to anything.

Are refurbished copiers reliable?
The well-chosen ones are excellent, and the difference is selection. We read every machine's internal service history before we buy it, confirm the wear matches the meter, and update the firmware before it ships. Then it proves itself in your office, on your work, before any money changes hands.

How does delivery to Las Vegas work?
We bring it ourselves and schedule it with you, and a certified Ricoh technician does the install and network setup on the same visit.

What if something comes up later?
Every machine comes with our 30-day parts and labor warranty. After that, call us — a lot of copier questions are answerable over the phone, and we've been doing exactly that for decades. For hands-on work down the road, a local certified technician is usually the practical option, and the maintenance training we give your staff keeps those visits rare.

Do you handle the network setup?
Yes. Print, scan-to-email and scan-to-folder are configured as part of the install. If you have specific requirements — scan through your own mail server, LDAP address book sync, static IP, or driver deployment across a domain — mention it when you call so the technician arrives prepared.

Before You Call, Have These Ready

  • Roughly how many pages a month you run, and the color/black split
  • Largest paper size you need (8.5x11 and 8.5x14 covers most offices; 11x17 and 12x18 narrow the field)
  • Whether you need a finisher — stapling, hole punch, booklet making
  • Where the machine will live — floor, elevator access, and whether there's a dock
