Every Ricoh here has 100–15,000 lifetime copies. Each one is function-tested, test-printed, firmware-updated and hard-drive wiped in our Santa Ana warehouse, and ships with a printed meter page matched to its serial number. Call 714-696-6082 before ordering.
Each copier ships with a printed counter page showing its meter next to its serial number, so you can match the paperwork to the machine in front of you. Anything above 15,000 copies goes to the export market instead of onto this page. Before ordering, call 714-696-6082 — we will ask about fax, finisher options, building access and your network so the machine that arrives is the one that fits.
Our inventory includes MP and IM series black and white machines and MP C and IM C series color copiers, sourced from lease returns and liquidations. Choose color copiers for documents that need color output, or black and white copiers for text-focused workflows. Compare specifications with your monthly print volume, paper sizes, office space and finishing requirements.
We sell to businesses and the public; dealer and wholesale buyers are welcome too. Coverage, limits and conditions are in our parts and labor warranty and return policy.
The meter is a copier's odometer — the total pages it has ever printed. Commercial Ricoh machines are engineered for one to two million pages, so a unit with under 100,000 on the meter is barely broken in. Every machine we stock is low meter, and we'll share the exact reading on request before you buy.
They're the reason we stock nothing else. After three decades of handling used office machines, Ricoh's engines have proven the most durable and easiest to keep running long-term — which is exactly what you want in a copier that already served one careful corporate owner. Browse our color copiers and black and white copiers, every one tested before it ships.
Yes — independent Ricoh dealers who can't source used inventory through manufacturer channels buy from us in volume. See our wholesale program or call 714-696-6082 for dealer pricing.
Ask for the meter reading and included accessories on the specific machine you are considering.
