What we sell

  • Used Ricoh and Lanier copiers and multifunction printers. Every machine copies, prints and scans; fax is available on many models.
  • Two model families: the Ricoh MP series (older generation, lower price) and the Ricoh IM series (current generation with the Smart Operation Panel).
  • Speeds from 20 to 90 pages per minute, in color and black-and-white. Most models handle letter, legal, 11x17 and 12x18 paper; the small-office models are letter and legal only.
  • "Low meter" means the machine came off a lease with a low page count for its age. We list machines by model and condition, and the meter reading is available on request.
  • Every copier is inspected and tested in our Santa Ana warehouse before it is listed for sale.
  • Stock changes weekly. The current list is at copierliquidationcenter.com/collections/all: color copiers and black-and-white copiers.

Who buys from us

  • Small and mid-sized businesses, schools, churches, nonprofits, law and accounting offices, and print rooms that want a reliable office copier without a lease.
  • Independent Ricoh dealers who cannot source used inventory through manufacturer channels. Dealer information is at /pages/wholesale-copiers.

Delivery and setup

We have two delivery models. Which one applies depends on where the copier is going.

California, Nevada and Arizona: delivered and installed by us

  • We deliver on our own truck. A Ricoh-trained technician sets up the copier in your office, connects it to your network, tests it, and trains your staff.
  • Free delivery and setup in Southern California, from Ventura and Los Angeles counties south through Orange, San Diego and the Inland Empire.
  • $350 delivery and setup fee for Central and Northern California, Nevada and Arizona.
  • Payment is made at delivery, after the machine is set up and tested. No prepayment is required for these orders.

Rest of the continental United States: insured freight

  • $695 flat-rate insured freight. The copier is shrink-wrapped and palletized, and normally ships within 72 hours after payment is received. Transit usually takes 7 to 20 days.
  • Freight is delivered to ground level. Unpacking, setup, network configuration and removal of an old machine are not included on shipped orders. Additional fees may apply where stairs or steps are involved.
  • Shipped orders are paid in full before the copier leaves our warehouse.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Guarantee, returns and cancellations

  • 30-day, 5,000-copy money-back guarantee. A copier may be returned within 30 days of delivery or 5,000 copies, whichever comes first. The customer pays return freight.
  • Orders canceled before the copier ships are refunded in full. Orders canceled after the copier has shipped are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
  • Machines are sold in as-is used condition, backed by the guarantee above. Full terms are in our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.

Payment

  • Credit and debit cards through the website checkout.
  • Zelle, bank wire or ACH, and company check. There is no discount for any payment method; the listed price is the price.

Frequently asked questions

Where is Copier Liquidation Center located?

Our warehouse and showroom are at 1008 S Hathaway St, Unit D, Santa Ana, California 92705, in Orange County. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific. Call 714-696-6082 to schedule one.

What brands of copiers do you sell?

Ricoh and Lanier only. Lanier machines are built by Ricoh and use the same engines and parts. We do not carry Xerox, Canon, Kyocera, Sharp, Konica Minolta or HP.

What does a used Ricoh copier cost at Copier Liquidation Center?

Prices run from about $850 for a small black-and-white desktop model to about $6,300 for a 65 to 90 page-per-minute production machine. Most mid-sized color copiers are between $1,700 and $3,700. That is typically 40 to 70 percent below the original list price.

What does "low meter" mean?

The meter is the copier's built-in page counter. A low-meter machine has printed far fewer pages than is normal for its age, so the drums, fusers and rollers have more life left. We buy low-meter, off-lease machines and make the meter reading available on request.

Do used copiers from Copier Liquidation Center come with a guarantee?

Yes. Every copier is covered by a 30-day, 5,000-copy money-back guarantee, whichever comes first, from the day you receive it. The customer pays return freight.

Do you deliver and install copiers?

In California, Nevada and Arizona, yes. We deliver on our own truck, and a Ricoh-trained technician installs the copier on your network and trains your staff. Delivery and setup are free in Southern California and $350 in Central and Northern California, Nevada and Arizona. Outside those three states, we ship by insured freight for a flat $695, delivered to ground level.

How long does shipping take?

Shipped orders normally leave our warehouse within 72 hours after payment. Freight transit usually takes 7 to 20 days depending on the destination.

Do you sell to copier dealers?

Yes. Independent Ricoh dealers buy used inventory from us that they cannot get through manufacturer channels. See our wholesale page or call 714-696-6082.

Do you lease or rent copiers?

No. We sell used copiers outright. There is no lease, contract or monthly service agreement.
