When a listing changes or an open house needs extra flyers, being able to print in your own office can be valuable. At Copier Liquidation Center, the Ricoh IM C4500 is a model our real estate customers frequently choose for color office work.
It combines printing, copying and scanning, with a rated maximum output speed of 45 pages per minute. Fax requires the appropriate optional equipment. The right finishing setup can help prepare presentation materials as well.

You can update a price, replace a property photograph, or print a smaller batch when needed. That flexibility may reduce unused materials and trips to a print shop. Savings depend on what you currently pay, your paper choice, color coverage and operating costs.
Bring a sample flyer to discuss before buying. Ask to see a printed sample on suitable paper, particularly if your design uses large photographs, heavy stock or a specialty finish. Some jobs may still be better suited to a print shop.
Compare net savings rather than dividing the copier price by the print shop's page price alone.
Break-even pages = total equipment and setup cost ÷ savings per comparable printed page.
Here is an illustration, not a product quote or guaranteed operating cost:
| Assumption | Sample amount |
|---|---|
| Total equipment and setup cost | $3,000 |
| Outside printing per single-sided flyer | $1.00 |
| In-house paper, toner and allocated maintenance per flyer | $0.15 |
| Savings per flyer | $0.85 |
| Approximate break-even | 3,530 flyers |
At those assumptions, 3,000 flyers save $2,550 before recovering the equipment cost. Replace every sample amount with your own quote and actual expenses, including any relevant tax, delivery, accessories, labor or financing costs. Compare the same paper, sides, quantity and finishing. Use the product link above for current machine pricing and ask us for the complete package.
For stapled presentation packets, request a compatible stapling finisher. For folded, center-stapled booklets, request a suitable booklet finisher specifically. Not every finisher can make booklets, and different finishing functions can require different accessories.
Explain the paper size, number of sheets and finished result you want. We can help identify a configuration to quote; do not assume a product photo or base listing includes every accessory shown.
Consider how many agents share the machine, monthly color volume, scanning needs and space for the copier and finisher. A machine that fits your everyday workload is a better purchase than one selected only for its lowest advertised price.
Tell Copier Liquidation Center how many people share your copier, what you print, and what slows your office down. We can help you compare machines and accessories for your workload and budget.
