What is the warranty on a refurbished copier?

Every copier we sell includes a 30-day parts-and-labor warranty or 5,000 copies/prints, whichever comes first, from the day of delivery. The warranty covers any defects in the copier's parts under normal use.

Where do you ship?

We ship copiers nationwide throughout the continental United States. We also offer free delivery and installation in California. Nevada and Arizona are $250 on most orders, saving you over $400.

Outside CA, NV, and AZ, our flat-rate shipping is $595 anywhere in the continental US.

How long does it take to receive my copier?

For deliveries within California, 3-5 business days. For Nevada and Arizona, copiers usually arrive within 3–7 business days after your order is processed. Nationwide deliveries typically arrive within 5–20 business days, depending on your location and the freight carrier's schedule. We'll send tracking information by email as soon as your copier ships.

How will my copier be delivered?

Copiers are large pieces of equipment, so they ship via freight carriers — not standard parcel delivery. Within California, Nevada, and Arizona, our team handles delivery and installation directly: we bring the copier inside, set it up, plug it in, and verify it's working before we leave.

For nationwide orders, your copier will be delivered by a freight company on a pallet to your loading dock or curb. If you need lift-gate service (for businesses without a loading dock), please mention this when ordering.

What is your return policy?

You may return your copier within 30 days or 5,000 copies/prints, whichever comes first, from the day you receive it. Customers are responsible for return freight charges. Before sending anything back, please contact us for a return authorization number — we cannot accept returns without one.

Are your copiers tested before shipping?

Yes. Every copier we sell is fully tested by our technicians before shipping. We've been in the copier business since 1991 — our team checks meter counts, prints test pages, verifies all functions (copy, print, scan, network), and confirms the unit is in proper working order. If anything fails our test, the copier doesn't ship.

Do you offer copier rentals or leasing?

We specialize in selling used and refurbished copiers because, for most businesses, buying outright is significantly cheaper than years of lease payments. A 5-year lease on a new color copier often totals $15,000–$30,000, while a comparable low-meter used machine from us is typically $1,500–$4,000 — fully tested, warrantied, and yours to keep.

Do you sell to the public, or only to dealers?

We sell directly to the public — small businesses, schools, churches, nonprofits, and individuals. Unlike many copier resellers that only work with dealers, we welcome end-user buyers. Our wholesale liquidation pricing is the same whether you're a one-person office or a large company.

What brands do you carry?

We specialize in Ricoh, Xerox, and Lanier copiers and multifunction printers — including the popular Ricoh MP and IM series for color and black-and-white printing. What if my copier breaks down after the warranty?

We support our customers long after the sale.
