We deliver the copier ourselves, a certified Ricoh technician installs it and sets it up on your network, and your staff know how to run it before we leave. The valley is a straight run for us up the 99 and the 5.
The copier is delivered, installed and running in your office before any money changes hands. If it isn't the machine for you, we take it away at no charge.

This is the most productive agricultural region in the country, and the paperwork reflects it.
Agriculture and food processing. Growing, packing and processing operations across Fresno, Tulare, Kings and Kern counties run on compliance and food-safety records, certifications, water and irrigation documentation, harvest and yield paperwork, invoices, bills of lading and packing lists — with pronounced seasonal peaks. Durable high-volume black-and-white with a document feeder that handles mixed and less-than-pristine originals does this work far more economically than colour. If your busy months are three times your quiet ones, buy for the peak; a machine run near its ceiling every day wears out early, and the price difference between classes is smaller than replacing it a year sooner.
Oil and gas around Bakersfield and Kern County. Permits, safety documentation, field reports, well paperwork and regulatory filings, much of it produced from field offices rather than headquarters. Logistics and distribution along the 99 and 5 corridors produce continuous operational paper where uptime and throughput matter more than features.
Healthcare, county and education. The hospital systems, county seats and the Fresno and Bakersfield campuses run steady year-round volume with heavy records scanning — the classic case for buying outright rather than carrying a five-year lease.
Fresno and Bakersfield are among the hottest places we deliver, and the valley is dusty most of the year. Both shorten a copier's life in ways people don't connect to the machine.
Heat and paper. Paper stored in an unconditioned back room, barn, shop or warehouse loses moisture and curls, which produces misfeeds and jams that look like machine faults and aren't. A copier working hard in a hot room with poor airflow will throw fusing-related codes it would never throw in a cooled office.
Dust. Fine valley and agricultural dust settles on the optics, the feed rollers and the charge unit, and the effect is cumulative — copies get gradually worse until someone finally says something.

Your staff learn all of it in the handover. In this climate it is comfortably the highest-return maintenance anyone can do.
Most of the valley is simple: ground-floor offices, ag and industrial addresses with room to work, and business parks with good access. That makes scheduling easy and the install unhurried.
Ranch, packing-house and field offices sometimes involve a gate code, a long approach or an unpaved last stretch — tell us and we'll come prepared. Downtown Fresno and Bakersfield have older office buildings where a machine may need to go up a floor with limited street access, so mention the floor and elevator situation when you call.

Setup means network addressing, scan-to-email or scan-to-folder with the right permissions, drivers on the workstations that need them, address book and user codes, finisher calibration, and image density checked on your paper.
High-volume operations are exactly where a machine's history matters most, because a copier run hard without maintenance shows it. Before we buy, we read the machine's own service history — total counter, jam history by location, fault log, maintenance counters and parts already replaced — and confirm wear matches the count. Anything with a repeating fault pattern we pass on. Every unit leaves on current firmware.
