We sell low-meter used Ricoh copiers to businesses across Northern California — and we bring them to you ourselves. A certified Ricoh technician installs the machine, sets it up on your office network, and trains your staff on running and maintaining it, all before you pay anything.
Our Northern California service area, from Monterey Bay north through the Bay Area to Wine Country, and east across the Central Valley.
The copier is delivered, installed and running in your office before any money changes hands. If it isn't the right machine for you, we take it away at no charge.
In 40 years, we have never had to take a copier back.

Don't see your town? Call us anyway — the list above is where we go most often, not a boundary.
A fair question. The answer is that what you're buying isn't only the machine.
Henry has been a Ricoh technician for 40 years. The Ricoh SC error code library on this site — SC101 through SC998, cross-referenced against Ricoh's own service manuals — is ours, and copier technicians around the country use it to diagnose machines every day. That's the same knowledge that decides which used copiers we buy, and it's why the person setting yours up can also tell you what the panel is saying.
The practical result is that the person who inspects your machine, the person who installs it, and the person you reach on the phone a year later are the same operation.
We're selective, and that's the reason nothing has ever come back. Before a used copier enters inventory we:
Our technician's checklist for judging a refurbished copier explains what to look at on any used machine, from any seller.
We're a Ricoh house first — selling Ricoh, Xerox and Lanier since 1991 — and we also source Canon, Kyocera, Sharp and Konica Minolta. Savin, Gestetner and Lanier machines are rebadged Ricoh engines, so parts and service on those are effectively the same as Ricoh.
Haven't come across Ricoh before? It's one of the largest commercial copier manufacturers in the world, and because the name is less familiar to general buyers, low-meter Ricoh machines often represent better value used than equivalent equipment wearing a more recognisable badge. Our guide to choosing between Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta, Sharp and Kyocera explains where each one fits.
