We deliver our copiers ourselves and a certified Ricoh technician installs each one — placed, networked, tested and explained to your staff before you pay anything. Most sellers put the machine on a freight truck and leave the setup to you; we handle the part that decides whether it actually works in your office.
The copier is delivered, installed and running in your office before any money changes hands. If it isn't right for you, we take it away at no charge.

That work is judged on appearance, which makes colour consistency and heavier paper handling genuinely important rather than a nice-to-have. If you print anything a guest holds, tell us the stock you use and we'll make sure the machine runs it well and that colour is calibrated on install.
Agriculture and food production across the valleys runs on the opposite kind of paperwork — compliance records, harvest and yield documentation, certification paperwork, invoices and delivery notes. High-volume dependable black-and-white with a solid document feeder does that job far more economically than colour.
Professional and civic offices in San Rafael, Novato, Fairfield, Vacaville and Vallejo — legal, medical, insurance, property, municipal-adjacent — tend toward steady predictable volume with heavy scanning. That's the profile where owning outright is comfortably better value than a five-year lease.
The North Bay is generally easy for delivery: ground-floor suites, winery and estate offices, and business parks with good vehicle access. Rural and estate addresses sometimes involve a longer approach from the road or a gate code, so let us know if that applies and we'll plan for it.
Downtown Santa Rosa, San Rafael and Napa have a handful of older upstairs offices where the machine needs to go up a floor — straightforward as long as we know before the day.
Before a used copier enters inventory we read its service history off the machine itself — total counter, jam history by location, fault log, maintenance counters and parts already replaced — and confirm that wear on rollers, drums, developer and fusing matches the count. A clean record is what we buy.
Every machine leaves on current firmware, which is a step most sellers skip. Manufacturer firmware improves scanning behaviour, network stability and driver compatibility, so the copier arrives working properly with the network you already have.
