We deliver our copiers ourselves and a certified Ricoh technician installs each one — placed, networked, tested and explained to your staff before you pay anything. Most sellers ship by freight and leave the setup to the buyer. We handle the part that determines whether the machine actually works in your office.
The copier is delivered, installed and running in your office before any money changes hands. If it isn't right for you, we take it away at no charge.

The Central Valley's commercial base is built on two things that generate a great deal of documentation, and both reward buying more machine than a small office would need.
Distribution and logistics. Tracy and the 205/580 corridor have become one of Northern California's major warehousing hubs, and Stockton adds port and freight operations. Those offices produce continuous operational paper — bills of lading, packing lists, work orders, manifests, driver paperwork, compliance and safety records. What matters is uptime and throughput: a machine rated well above your monthly average, a document feeder that handles mixed and less-than-pristine originals, and reliable duplexing. Colour is usually beside the point.
Agriculture and food processing. Around Modesto and across the valley, growing and processing operations run on certification paperwork, food-safety documentation, yield and harvest records, invoices and delivery notes — with pronounced seasonal peaks. If your busy months are three times your quiet ones, size the machine for the peak. A copier running near its rated ceiling every day wears out quickly, and the cost difference between classes is smaller than the cost of replacing a machine early.
Professional and civic offices across all three cities — legal, medical, insurance, property management, education — tend toward steady volume with heavy scanning, which is the classic profile for buying outright rather than leasing.
Valley delivery is generally simple: ground-floor offices, warehouse and industrial park addresses with loading access, and business parks with room to work. That makes scheduling easy and the install unhurried, which is how we prefer it.
Where it's worth a word in advance is downtown Stockton and Modesto's older office buildings, where a machine may need to go up a floor with limited street access. Tell us the floor and elevator situation when you call.
High-volume offices are exactly where a machine's history matters most, because a copier that has been run hard without maintenance will show it. Before we buy, we read the machine's own service history — total counter, jam history by location, fault log, maintenance counters and parts already replaced — and confirm that wear on rollers, drums, developer and fusing matches what the counter says.
Every unit leaves on current firmware, which improves scanning behaviour, network stability and driver compatibility, so it arrives working properly with your existing network.
